Block Grouping

Is there a way to combine/group blocks together? I have image, text, and shape blocks stacked together as a card and I want to create a hover animation effect so that they all move as one when the cursor is over top.

Not natively, no. There's probably a way to do this targeting multiple blocks, but it won't be straightforward.

You may be able to do this if you code the "card", or alternatively use a list  section?
