Upright Format in Desktop Version - Landscape Format in Mobile Version

Hey,

it ist possible, to adjust one and the same picture for the desktop and the mobile version? I would love, that the picture would appear in the desktop version in an upright format on the side of the text. But for the mobile version it would be good, if I could cut the picture to landscape format and add it under the text. Is it possible or is it always exactly the same section of the picture in both versions?

One more question: how can I select the part of the image, I want to be shown in the mobile version? When I go to FILL it always selects the middle of the upright format picture, which is not always the part that I want.
