Website loading on the wrong spot in mobile

I'm not sure why but my home page is loading in the wrong section of my page. 

It loads about 200/300 px too far down. When I simulate mobile on Squarespace, I dont see an issue but on my actual phone, it does the weird jump on various browsers. 

Does anyone know what could be causing this or if there is any code that would force the page to load starting at the top?

Update: this is happening on every page??

I figured out that the lock screen is making my page jump down-- it only happens when the password is enabled on the page.. strange.
