Corina Posted January 17 Posted January 17 Hello! My Client is receiving multiple messages from her clients indicating that once they place an order, their order confirmation page is blank. I am wondering if any of the javascript or code on the website could be interfering with this or if it is because cookies were disabled initially? Thank you!

It will be difficult for us to comment without more information 🙂, but here are some initial thoughts to get you started: When did the issue start happening? Was the "javascript or code" added recently? Did you change cookie consent controls recently? Have you tried a test order? Were you able to reproduce the issue? Have you tried removing the code and trying again? If you can reproduce the issue when there is no code on the site then you'll want to contact Squarespace Customer Support using a support ticket.
