H2 heading - reduce size within a blog

Hello, I am trying to make the questions in this article a h2 instead of body copy, but the h2 setting is too large. How do I override for blog post only please? I have tried this but doesn't seem to work:

.blog-item-wrapper article.entry {
  h2 {
    font-size:14px;
  }
  h3 {
    font-size:14px;
  }
}
