graphicabyss Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Hi, last week I added a new user to another Squarespace domain I own but my entire Google Workspace account shut down, passwords changed and a complete lockout. I have since managed to re-verify my SS website with Google but still my emails, and calendars are all down because Squarespace has suspended the account. Everything is connected to my business and despite emails to Squarespace support I have heard nothing back, can someone please help me here, it's hugely distressing. - Thank you. lisa907 1
lisa907 Posted January 16 Posted January 16 I in the same boat with you. Our Google Workspace account was shut down since Sunday night. I have been trying desperately to contact squarespace and google domains and am getting no response. I think because yesterday was a holiday, they could be very behind on responding? I hope not! It is really hurting our business.
HumanMicrobes Posted January 21 Posted January 21 I had major problems with this as well. I would suggest switching to getting Google Workspace directly from Google instead of going through Squarespace.
Lacosta Posted June 13 Posted June 13 My account was suspended and I cannot reactivate it, it is very difficult to reactivate it or speak to someone from squarepsace to help me.
LSheridan Posted July 24 Posted July 24 (edited) Did anyone get their GSuite back? I am shut out of all my Google workspace- stored slides, documents, spreadsheets... This is such a disaster Edited July 24 by LSheridan
doobu Posted July 24 Posted July 24 My google workspace domain has been broken for 2 months, good luck to anyone trying to get support. I can't wait for this class action lawsuit.
goodheartstudio_ Posted July 29 Posted July 29 Hi All. I have, all of a sudden, stopped receiving emails in the last month. Like most workspace users, my domain was transferred to square space. I have been told by squarespace online chat to check my MX records however square space doesn't seem to even provide that function. Has anyone had any luck? emalu 1
doobu Posted July 30 Posted July 30 Good luck everyone. My email has been down for 2 months now, with zero help from squarespace support, and now my domain isn't even listed under my account despite owning it for the next year. RIP squarespace, time to short their stock goodheartstudio_ 1
MemberX Posted September 4 Posted September 4 This is ridiculous! I have the same problem (adding user and then getting cut out altogether) and getting customers and investors emailing to say my email is bouncing - so embarassing to not have a basic functioning work email from such a simple glitch on Squarespace's part. Please resolve this issue expediently and permanently! emalu 1
