adennis Posted January 13 Share Posted January 13 We have weekly cricket nets which we want people to be able to book into and pay for in two ways: Individual weeks at £10 per session All ten weeks in advance at £75 for all ten We have set these appointments up as two distinct appointments one allowing single week purchase at £10 but also allows for someone to book a few at a time AND seperately another Appointment Type where we have offered the same ten weeks but by ticking the "Clients must sign up for all times offered" allows for the client to with one operation buy all ten without having to tick each one. This works fine until after one week the Ten option is not available as there is a session in history. How can we override this feature or get around it. (the only way we have worked out is to cancel the historic appointment but this then sends out cancellation emails to everyone which concerns clients that all their future sessions have been cancelled. Hope this is clear ? Any wonderful people out there solved this problem? Link to comment
