santivaislanders Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Hello, My CHASE account now states that " You agree to share data with SQUARESPACE Payments" , but SQUARESPACE keeps prompting me to connect a banking account in order to receive payments. When I try to connect, the PLAID interface states my credentials are correct, but the app I am trying to connect with is not compatible. Of course, when I call CHASE they say eveything is good and that the connection to SQUARESPACE is active. I am stumped on this one. I don't know who to contact to get this sorted. We are a non profit agency.
