SiTNA
Hello and TIA for the help. I am considering using Courses and I'd like, after a student signs up and pays of the course, for them to automatically receive an online assessment . The 3rd party I use for the assessment has an API (I'm not very familiar with how that works). Can the current version of Courses do this? Is there a suitable work around? I'd rather not have to monitor my emails etc just to send an assessment link. Michael Link to comment
hoki
To automate sending assessments after student signup and payment, integrate the assessment tool's API with your Courses platform. Verify if Courses supports API integrations, then set up the integration following the API documentation. Design an automation workflow to trigger API calls after successful signup and payment. Test the integration thoroughly for seamless operation, ensuring it aligns with sassa status check requirements if applicable. Edited February 13 by hoki Link to comment
Sanarasheed
Great outline for automating assessments! To get started, make sure to check the Courses platform documentation to confirm API integration capabilities. Once confirmed, follow the API documentation closely to set up the integration. For the automation workflow, consider using webhooks or triggers that activate after a successful signup and payment. This will ensure timely and efficient assessment delivery. Don’t forget to thoroughly test the integration to catch any issues before going live, especially if you need to align with sassa status check requirements. If anyone has tips or experiences with similar integrations, sharing those insights could be super helpful! Link to comment
