Gallery Caption Hyperlinks

Hello,

My website has a section in which I share photos from WWI, and for some, I have found a soldier's document in old archives. 

Currently (pictured), I just copy and paste a tinylink URL and place it in my captions, but that method doesn't make it interactable.

Would it be possible to use any line of code to make these links one you could just click on and be directed, much like a hyperlink?
