Custom Font Not Working In Firefox

I am using a custom font "Editor's Note" and the italicized version does not look right in Firefox and in some cases it's cutting of the "d" at the end. Is there a code to fix this?

Can you share your website URL?

Is this a dedicated italic font, and how are you applying/using it? It looks like you may be seeing the font with pseudo-italicised styling on top of the italic font.

Yes, I have a dedicated font for the italics. Here's the code I have for it:

h1 { font-family: 'Editors Note', alternative-web-safe-font; }

h1 em { font-family: 'Editors Note Italic', alternative-web-safe-font; }

Try this adaption of your code:

h1 { 
  font-family: 'Editors Note', alternative-web-safe-font; 
} 

h1 em { 
  font-family: 'Editors Note Italic', alternative-web-safe-font; 
  font-style: normal;
}
