MA Photography Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Hello, We are looking for a way to integrate our SS order management with AirTable. Basically looking to create an automation that updates our Airtable View whenever we receive an order. Zapier only integrates with form submission but not orders. Is there a solution to this or do we need to switch to Shopify? Swedish photographer based in NYC!

You should be able to extract the order information using the Squarespace Orders API and a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool like Parabola or Make. For example, here's a link to a Make template that will will automatically record the data in Google Sheets, every time a new order is created. You should be able to use this example, substituting AirTable instead of Google Sheets. Did this help?
