Duplicating Store for Wholesale Purposes

Hi there,

I am setting up a wholesale store on my website, I am wondering if there is a way to duplicate the store I have built for retail and then adjust prices and info for my wholesale customers?  I am going to have the wholesale page password protected for use of retailers only.

Any advice is greatly appreciated,

@CHegney You cannot duplicate a Store page or Store section directly, but it can be done by exporting your products and importing them again.

The first step is to create a second Store page for the Wholesale products.

The second step is to export your products to a CSV file. Edit the CSV file by changing the name of the store page in each row (from the current one to the wholesale one) and change the prices.

Finally, after saving the file, import the products with their amended prices into the new page.

You should now have a duplicate set of products with different prices.

Limitations:

• Shipping and payment options will be the same for both the retail and wholesale stores.
• After duplicating products in this way, each product will be considered unique. In other words, if you sell one of the products from one page, the inventory of the duplicated product will not change.
• You can only import physical or service products. Digital and download products cannot be imported.
