@Camichel This is what I've used for product block variant drop down - it will apply to all select / dropdown options with this code as is:

select {
  border: 1px solid black !important;
  background-color: transparent !important;
}

that didnt work for me 

I think each mobile phone controls this (so will show a different style on iPhone, Samsung,..), can't change it with code

didnt work on pc (for me atleast)
