Embed code from GiveSmart not working

Hi All,

We just started using a fundraising and events platform called GiveSmart... I just created an "order form" for tickets and donations. The order form included code to embed on our website (we're on 7.1 Squarespace). Aside from pasting the code, the only other instruction from GiveSmart was to add our site's url to a list of safe websites. I did that, but the embed form is not pulling up. I just get a gray box with a sad face, and when I click it, there's an error message: "GiveSmart refused to connect."

The steps to embed a form are so simple, I'm not sure what I could have missed. I haven't had issues embedding similar forms from our old platform, Classy.

Any ideas on what might be breaking?

The embed code they provided is:

<iframe src="https://e.givesmart.com/events/A22/page/order-form/embed" width="100%" height="100%"></iframe>

Are you testing the page whilst logged out from Squarespace? I ask because if you are logged in, it will use the built-in squarespace.com domain instead of the public one that you've whitelisted with GiveSmart.

If you share the URL of the webpage, we can take a look.

That's working for me, although you'll probably want to adjust the iframe height to 992px instead of 100% 🙂
