I am seeking assistance with an issue I'm having integrating a Constant Contact sign-up form on my Squarespace site. I've tried with both popout- and flyout-style forms. Despite multiple attempts and strategies, the form loads but fails to submit properly. I've detailed the issue below and would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions you might have!

Issue Description:

• Form Behavior: The Constant Contact sign-up form loads correctly on the site but does not submit. When the submit button is clicked, there is no apparent action, and the contacts are not added to the Constant Contact list.
• Error Messages: The browser console shows several errors when the page is loaded and when the submit button is pressed, primarily related to reCAPTCHA ("Error registering reCAPTCHA" and "TypeError: d is undefined").

Troubleshooting Done:

• Tested across multiple browsers and devices, and on different networks.
• Cleared browser cache and cookies.
• Reviewed and attempted to resolve any script conflicts or errors.
• Tested the form code on JSFiddle, where it worked correctly, suggesting the issue might be specific to the Squarespace environment.

Seeking Suggestions On:

• Insights into any known issues or conflicts between Constant Contact forms and Squarespace.
• Best practices for embedding third-party forms like Constant Contact on Squarespace sites.
• Any specific Squarespace settings or configurations that might affect form submission.

As someone who is considering Squarespace for my client that uses Constant Contact, I want to make sure it is possible to collect emails and add them automatically to the constant contact e-newsletter list. 

I am also now having this issue on a SS 7.0 site. I trying an inline and flyout form from Constant Contact. Will not let me submit it. No data is received on CC side. Can anyone help?
