Is there a block I can use for creating a step-by-step guide to a process (for engaging in services)

Before I go ahead and create this on canva then use image blocks, is there a better way on the site to create a graphic for breaking down a process into steps, (for example, 1. get in touch 2. discuss your needs 3. finalise designs 4. build 5. delivery). The site is on 7.0. 

My site is on 7.1, so I'm using shape blocks and text backgrounds, both of which I believe are not available on 7.0, but you could probably do something with CSS to achieve a similar look for a process. This is what I ended up with for my Process page on my website --
