Add Custom Text to Fly-out menu on mobile and desktop

I would like to have custom text center justified and center aligned within the menu. Like the attached image.

Would love to include a link out to a website on there as well.

I am trying to use the fly-out menu as my about  section instead of nav links. 

Also would it be possible to change the hamburger to "about"?
