rs01 Posted January 3 Share Posted January 3 (edited) Does anyone have experience using the rewards extension Offerwhere (www.offerwhere.com)? It seems to be the only e-commerce rewards program extension for Squarespace and I'd love to hear some feedback about it. So far my experience has been disappointing, I signed up for a free trial and found that the integration is completely lacking customization. There's a pop-up that populates the website asking customers to sign up for the rewards program, but you cannot change the colors, font size or styles, what the text actually says or the icon shape or color. When I have messaged them directly about this, they don't have any simple solutions. The default fonts/colors look un-styled and boring, and the text is generic. I don't want to add anything to our website that does not match our branding aesthetic. I'd love to hear if anyone has experience -- good or bad -- to share, using this extension!
