How to Center Headline on Promotional Pop-Up

I have found code to center the headline on mobile view but not for desktop. Can someone please provide code to center the headline for the promotional pop-up for the desktop view?

I notice you need to define the desktop media query CSS and then use the custom code for center it,

If you share code with me I'll provide you the correct desktop code.

Also, check the attached screenshot is it correct I do it on desktop at my side
