LunaLoomer Posted January 2 Posted January 2 (edited) Hello Squarespace Community, I've successfully transferred my actual company domain to Squarespace, and it's now listed as "domain managed by a third party" with the status "connected." However, the site I'm constructing still displays the random Squarespace URL as the built-in domain. How can I activate my connected domain to replace the random URL? Any guidance on making this switch would be greatly appreciated! EHallPass Thank you in advance for your assistance! Edited January 4 by LunaLoomer
Ziggy Posted January 2 Posted January 2 (edited) The built-in Squarespace domain is for the backend, you can't remove it, but since you have a custom domain attached to the website that will act as your primary domain. What currently happens when you view your website on your custom domain in a new tab/window? Edited January 2 by Ziggy Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. Cheers!
