Artchick1000
What am I missing if I can see the options to ship or pick up on my end when I test, but then when a customer tries to purchase all they see is shipping not available? This is my first time to try an e-commerce site. I'm reading your other post about the shipping now I'm worried I've chosen to do this in the wrong place;( Link to comment
paul2009
As a first step, can you confirm whether you have defined the shipping options for the customer's country? For example, which country appears by default in the checkout? If you need more advice, please post the site URL so we can take a look (it isn't included by default when you post). Artchick1000
Yes I did define the shipping options for the customer's country and it shows USA. Here's my url ... https://www.vickisartstudio.com/ Link to comment
paul2009
Thanks for the link. This looks like an issue with your Shipping Profiles as I can select United States but once I select a city/state, it tells me shipping is unavailable. This will be difficult for forum users to troubleshoot as we don't have access to your site but, if I did have access, I'd check there is a shipping profile for United States and All States/Provinces is checked. The guide Creating shipping zones provides more details. If you need further help, I recommend reaching out to Customer Support as they'll be able to check the settings. You should be able to click on the tile to edit that profile. If you're unable to do this, check that you don't have any custom code installed on your website or any popup blockers installed in your browser. Did this help?
