YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT PRIVATE - I can't seem to fix this

Hi, I've spent hours trying to find the root cause of this issue, but to no avail. 

The SSL Certificate status shows as 'issued' and not active. Does this mean I just need to wait for it to become active? 

I'm not that savvy with the DNS settings, if I'm honest, so, if this is the problem, do let me know please.

How long ago did you activate the site and the domain? It takes time for an SSL certificate to activate and make its way through the web, up to 48 hours. You can check your SSL activation here: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html

My services page is down. Every other page on my site works. I checked the SSL checker and it says everything is good. If anyone has any insight, it would be much appreciated! Thank you!
