White space and sizing/spacing on large monitors.

I am having a hard time figuring out how to properly space/size my site for large monitors. Everything looks wonderful on my laptop, monitor, mobile etc, but I asked for feedback from a colleague who uses a large monitor and the screenshots below are what he sees. I understand there will be more white space with larger monitors, but this is A LOT. I did set my page width to 1900px. Any help appreciated.
