Seeing future orders broken down by day and product

I was wondering if it is possible somehow through the back end to see future orders broken down by day and product.  I run a bakery and for example around the holidays it would be useful to at the beginning of the week, to be able to see all the orders for the week broken down by each day and the products ordered for that day.  Im not sure if this is possible currently or will be added in the future.
