Header Logo off-centre on Mobile using 7.1

Hello.

I'm trying and failing to get the logo on the header to be centrally aligned in the Mobile view. I've set it to central in the edit header dialogue...but it isn't centred.

I'm a beginner at all of this so may have made a simple mistake.

All advice gratefully received. Thank you.

Ah! I also now realise that I've raised this topic within the "Customize with code" section. Should I post this elsewhere?
