I have a Google Domain but no way of signing into SquareSpace

Hi everyone!

I hope someone could give me some insight into this:

- Less than 5 days ago I purchased a google domain. I originally wanted a business email address and google console offered me to buy a domain, so I did. Zero warning until after the fact that now SquareSpace will be managing my domain.

- Now I have no way of logging into SquareSpace to manage my domain. I have no emails from SquareSpace on what my log in details are, I am just going around in circles. When I log into Google Domains my domain is no longer there, so I know it has moved.

- I signed up to SquareSpace with my Google Domains account info, my domain is not there, which I expected. I have tried to claim/add it to my account. But come up with a warning that because it has been created in the last 60 days I cannot transfer.

Please help! How on earth do I get access to my domain??

@TayyabM@Nina__-- this is happening to me right now! I can't find any other help articles about this and cannot contact anyone directly. Did you ever figure out how to resolve? 

This happened to me. I've been in limbo for months and no one from Squarespace or Google has helped me.

having the same issue, got the domain through google workspace and it wont show up here, anyone have any luck?

This transition is a complete disaster. I was never notified that it happened. My website went away, my MX records point to some dodgy domain called "mailgun.org", and I have no way to manage my DNS records. I would recommend transferring to a registrar that actually has some kind of customer service like Godaddy.

We have had several users post this problem, but many have been resolved when the domain name, and where the site is hosted are posted here. That information is critical, without it, no one here can help you.
