Squarespace Domain payment being Processed

Hey everyone,

i purchased a new domain for my website 8 days ago and the "payment is being processed" just wont change. I wonder how long it takes to process? I cant reach squarespace customer service unfortunately as well, so iam kind of lost when it comes to planing the launch of my website.. That sucks! Any experiences here?
