Edit/Add Digital Product Images on Members Account Panel

Hi All, my client has added some new digital products under Member Areas. This is under the Account > Digital Products panel. We are wondering if this can be updated to a photo. (The light blue/grey box next to the name.)

A 'grey/blank thumbnail image' appears on my paying Members' account dashboards (as seen in the screenshot attached). There is no way to add an image/thumbnail to 'Digital Products' i.e. pricing plans (which is what you see being displayed in the sidebar): The navigation for their paid content. I would like to either be able to hide this gray box (that I believe is being displayed through JavaScript) OR add an icon/image to differentiate the plans.

I am also interested in changing the thumbnail pic. And can you also change the text in the "View" button as well?

Anyone know how to edit these digital product images? I feel like this should be easy, but it seems impossible to figure out where I can add/edit these product images that appear in the Member's Account Panel when someone is locating their digital products. (See Attached Image) I've tried adding an image to the media section of each member site homepage (no luck), I've added a social media image to the homepage (no luck) I've looked under the settings of each member site (no place to add an image here). I'm stumped!

I would also like to know how to do this. It would also be nice to edit the term, "Digital Products"

This is unacceptable from Squarespace. I will need to find another solution. What a waste of time and money.

It's not a feature. Squarespace is a joke. I talked to them about this.

You can't. It's "not a feature" according to the staff at Squarespace. 👀

Thanks for checking on this, @JasonMorris. It seems they don't always test out all of their product before releasing them. 

I would also like to customize this. I'd actually prefer for customers to have a whole page to see their products instead of just a panel and to be able to customize how that page looks. This looks very unprofessional at the moment compared to other products like Kajabi, when it comes to displaying courses and digital products for customers. PLEASE FIX THIS AND ADD TO THE ROADMAP! 

Also would like to do this. I have quite a few digital products / pricing plans and there is no easy way to see them in the sea of orders we are getting. Please fix this Squarespace!

Just adding on, I would like this feature as well. It looks like a broken image as-is.

Any update? This post has been going on for almost a year and the situation still hasn't been resolved. Any other company that offers a better service than squarespace?

Like most Squarespace products, something like this that seems so simple is being ignored. But I'm sure they'll provide us some flashy visual updates no one asked for that do very little in enhancing the customer experience. So much promise and little to no follow through. I really wish my business wasn't so reliant on the Squarespace ecosphere.
