Manually link a blog post to a page of a member's account on my squarespace website

Hello all,

My situation is this: members will submit RE deals via a submission form, then I will post their deals as "blog posts" on visible for everyone blog page.

I want to manually link the deals (blog posts) to a member page (let's say "My Deals") so that way when the member clicks on that page "My Deals" he sees the deal (blog post) so that way the member tracks their posted deals.

How can I implement the above scenario? Not sure if there is no code option for that, if not - what code do I need to use?
