OnClick Picture change

Hi, I have a tweak question - how can I have 1 image change to another when clicked, that would then lead to a playlist? I have an off switch jpeg that I would like to turn to an "on switch" jpeg once clicked (attached)--that would then start a playlist. Can anybody help?
