Text highlights and buttons style

Hello the Squarespace community, I have two Squarespace sites. 

I can't apply the style of the buttons on the first site (change of background color and text color with "sweep" effect on hover), to the second site (simple change of color opacity on hover). I don't have any custom CSS on the first site though... 

I'd like to apply the style buttons and highlighs text effect of the first site to the second because it's different and the highlights on the first site are much nicer than the second (centered in relation to the text, whereas on the second there's a downward shift).
