Left aligned site header

Hello - I've attached an image of a left aligned header which I need to recreate for a client. How could I achieve this using custom CSS?

The nav links need to nest underneath the logo on the left-hand-side, with the cart button on the right. 

Appreciate the help!! 

@Aepclark this would require a pretty significant amount of CSS to get it right, I haven't used this before but heres a thread that talks about it and includes a link to a plugin that does it.
