Customizing Invoices

I'd like to send squarespace invoices to clients but I find that I cannot fully customize the invoice to meet my needs. I'd like to change the invoice number and other spaces that auto populate. (I am billing clients for a service and don't need quantity number for example). It seems that the invoice is the one customer facing email I'm not able to edit in the selling tools section. Please advise!

Simply a garbage product. They have not thought through the actual needs of their users before launching this tool, are simply adding functions to justify higher spends on the part of customers. This is not the only obviously useful business functionality that has been overlooked in this new era of Squarespace features. Good luck getting anyone to respond. They got your money, they don't care.
