Resize (keep origianl ratio horizontal) Video background for mobile

Hi, when I use video background and view the page from mobile the embeded video is cropped and loose the original ratio, from Horizontal it goes to vertical (see the screenshoot).

Is there any code ijection to avoid this?

Or maybe add a static HORIZONTAL image?
