Help with scheduling and selling multi day trips.

Hello

I’m an international trekking guide setting up a website to sell multi day hikes and adventure travel holidays. Essentially I am starting an adventure travel company. 
I’m looking for a way to scheduled multiple dates for a trip that would allow clients to select when they want to travel, book on to a trip and pay. Unfortunately acuity scheduling only really works for single day events and is more set up for booking an hour long yoga class than a 9 day trip up Kilimanjaro. 
has any one got an suggestion of a good way to do this?

I am in the same situation as you. I am a start-up tour operator selling week-long international tours and my website is with Squarespace, so I would like to use their scheduler, but it feels poorly set-up for this, which is unfortunate. I've read online that there's work-arounds but I haven't found a good solution. What did you end up doing?
