I am receiving messages/forms on the wrong email address

I am receiving messages/forms on the wrong email address. The email address written in my settings is correct but I am still receiving messages on a different address which is not anywhere in my settings, I have no idea how the forms are getting there.

I receive no forms at all on the email address I have in my sqaurespace settings. 

Please help, thank you.

The email address that a form submits to is the one in the form settings (in the storage tab) not the main settings.

I can't find where the form settings and the storage tab are, can you please direct me to find them? thank you!
