API Access for acme.sh or cert keys?

Recommended Posts

Hello. I want to issue my own cert for my domain here at Squarespace, but I don't see any options to access the API. I also don't see any option to access the info from the SSL that Squarespace has issued. Any idea if these options are even available on this platform? Do I have to move my domain?

Squarespace is a 'website builder’. This means that you can produce a professional-looking website very easily, at a low cost and without technical knowledge. However, it also means that you do not have access to the technical areas that would allow you to use standalone SSL certs or integrate an API.

If you're looking for this level of control, you will probably want to look at a server-based platform.
