Have SSL is unavailable message though it still says processing - should I wait or take action?

Hi

As above, after almost 24 hours I hve SSL is unavailable message though it still says processing - should I wait or take action?

My IT department looks after the domain and DNS so its hard for me to instruct them what to do when Im clueless!
