"SUBMIT FAILURE" when processing payment of Invoice.

Will not process Invoice payment. A user had a similar error from 2020 for donations on their site. Stripe is connected, but it seems it does not registerer on their site and the customer just got a "Submit failure" at checkout, both through Apple Pay and with credit card. How do I resolve the issue?

+1 one of my customers is experiencing this problem as well.

For the past two weeks i've been getting phone call after phone call of customers experiencing this problem. They come in person and do it in front of us and they same problem happens. Any solutions out there?

Yes, I'm getting the same thing with my members. They get 'Submit Failure' when trying to purchase digital files. Anyone resolved this yet?
