bleed footer with section image above

hello, 

I would like to bleed my footer with the section above it so that the entire page is one coherent image. I have figured out how to do this with the footer but would like to extend my background image down to my footer as well.

Do this for homepage or which page?

do you have the link to that case? or should I search? I would like to do it for all pages. I have gotten this to work on the services and about pages, however the home page (with the photos) still isn't working.

one more question... I'm not sure if this is possible or if it is too complicated. 

on the homepage with the gallery slideshow, can I change the site title and navigation title to switch between black and white depending on the image?

Possible but very complex..

You can consider using a same background color behind logo, to make it readable

Something like this, we can use code to change it on homepage only
