background color issue ... JS bug?

Hi! My site – studioelastik.com – is quite customised and I have run into an issue now since activating my online shop. When logged in everything works fine but when not logged in the custom background colors of my site dont update when clicking to another page. Most paged have different background colors and text colors but the color stays the same unless i reload the page... check home page which should be black but then shop or #fontwien pages should be white. can anyone figure out what exactly is causing this bug? thanks a lot
