Rotating text in Loop

Hello!

I'm writting here because I would like to have this text spinning in my website. Now, I have placed it as a PNG file. I tried placing a video with alpha but it doesn't work.

I have been searching for information about this and I found some interesting posts about CSS, but none of them works for me.

Someone tried to do a spinning/rotating text in their page?
