Updated Desktop Page - Mobile Page hasn't updated

I've built a few sites now and today I updated the desktop home page of my site and that usually updates the mobile site however that is still yet to update, is this a current bug or ? 

Using 7.1

If you use new editor (fluid engine) on 7.1, you will need to adjust layout both desktop + homepage
