In-person sale for custom orders and shipping

Hello! I make a custom item. I am trying to figure out a way where if I’m using the Squarespace point of sale in person at markets/fairs if there is a way to 

a) prompt the form to be filled out. On the custom product listing on my website, when people add it to the cart a form will display for them to select their customizations

and

b) let me somehow signal it as an order that will be shipped so I can use the same features that are available for online orders (like add the shipping charge, mark it as pending, send shipping confirmation email, etc)

I’ve been having to do these things manually but it would be great to automate the process
