Remove Products from Showing on Main Shop Page

Currently products are showing up on the main Shop page, but I would like customers to have to drill into each product Category to see the products themselves. My goal is for site to look/be formatted similar to https://vanabelle-co.square.site (not my site, just using as example).

Also, when customers go into a product Category I do not want the Scent List to be visible, only the products assigned to that category.

To do this you may have to have separate shop pages from each category rather than all together, then a landing page that can direct to each store page.
