It looks like you've just changed the gallery from Full to Inset, but if you want to have granular control over the maximum width, you can use this Custom CSS: section[data-section-id="65689021d622

It looks like you've just changed the gallery from Full to Inset, but if you want to have granular control over the maximum width, you can use this Custom CSS: 

section[data-section-id="65689021d6227f53eb179f0c"] { 
  .gallery-grid[data-width="inset"] {
    max-width: 1000px;
  }
}

Adjust the 1000px value.
