HP920 Posted December 5, 2023 Posted December 5, 2023 (edited) I use a 7.1 website and my site has been running for almost 2 years. I have a cabin rental site that uses an external property management system - PMS (Cloudbeds). For the past few months, I have had some sort of intermittent issue, where the iframe of my french booking page appears, but is not clickable. This means that 99% of my customers (french-speaking) are not able to switch dates and go through with their reservation. I reached out to Cloudbeds, but everything is fine on their side and the booking page on their end works fine in both english and french. I should also note that the iframe on the english booking page of my website is perfectly fine. Anyone ever experienced a non-clickable iframe? See the attached picture to see which iframe I am talking about. The link to my french page with the non-clickable iframe: https://www.panoraloges.ca/fr/reservation The link to my english page with a clickable iframe: https://www.panoraloges.ca/en/book The link to my french PMS' booking engine which is running fine when not iframed: https://hotels.cloudbeds.com/fr/reservation/a7vziy#checkin=2023-12-06&checkout=2023-12-08 The link to my english PMS' booking engine which is not problematic at all: https://hotels.cloudbeds.com/reservation/a7vziy#checkin=2023-12-06&checkout=2023-12-08 Edited December 5, 2023 by HP920 spelling error
HP920 Posted December 5, 2023 Author Posted December 5, 2023 FYI, after comparing the english and version of my pages, I realized I had 2 iframes on top of one another in the french version. Just had to fix this and now everything works fine.
