Button auto aligns to left on mobile only

Hi. New to squarespace and building first site. I don't know if I have a setting that is off however, when I add a button to a section and center it, it is fine on desktop however it will auto align to the left on mobile. Images attached of same button on mobile and desktop.

Any help on what may be causing this?
