HELP! Unwanted navigation sidebar suddenly appearing on some pages

I've been updating my website and suddenly these navigation sidebars appear on some of the pages. I have no idea where they came from and I cannot work out how to remove them. Whether or not they show seems to depend on where I click onto them from. When I scroll down the page from the landing page www.emblainteriors.co.uk I can't see them, but then when I click to go back to the Project section at the top of the page they are suddenly everywhere.  (I attach some pictures). It looks terrible. And I would very much appreciate help in getting rid of them.  

I also only see them sometimes in the website builder, and when I see them I cannot edit them out (the edit button for the sidebar doesnt work).
